Kindly advise if leave encashment is payable in case of dismissal from PSU -Bank service
Bank denies to pay as it says it is not part of terminal benefits.
Decision -
Removal from service with superannuation benefits, i.e pension and/or Provident fund and Gratuity as would be due otherwise under the rules and regulations and without disqualification from future employment”.

We have examined your case and it is observed from the records that, all the eligible terminal benefits has already been settled in your favour.
Please note that leave Encashment is not a superannuation/retiral benefit. Hence, you are not eligible for Leave encashment.
