I am in midst of preparing my assignment (subject: Social Marketing) on how Blood Donation Campaign contributes to increase people's awareness of the importance of donating blood, and to increase the number of VOLUNTARY blood donors so that there is no such thing as insufficient supply in blood bank.
So here i'm gonna need you help to answer my simple survey as below. Please participate as i need at least 50 sets of answers...
For those who donated blood;
1. What makes you donate blood?
2. Will you donate again?
3. Do you have any idea on how to make the blood donation campaign a success?
for those who never donated;
1. Why you are not donating? (Please just state "Not Able to donate" if you have a privacy reason i.e; illness)
2. Do you aware that there is always an insufficient supply in blood bank?
3. What (do you think) will make you donate blood? (disregard this question if you have privacy reason in question number 1)
I am also welcoming all opinion, suggestion and comment regarding this issue.

I am a regular Blood donar of O positive. For the past 4 years i have donated blood 10 times.
For those who donated blood;
1. What makes you donate blood?
One of my friend told me about the importance of blood donation. Many people are dieing due to lack of blood in the hospitals & blood banks. So i decided to donate blood every three months till my last breath.
2. Will you donate again?
Yes sure i will donate blood until i leave this world.
3. Do you have any idea on how to make the blood donation campaign a success
Many people are not aware of blood donation, also many are frightened to donate becase of mis-guide. We can make the campaign a success by motivating the youngsters like college students, our friends, relatives etc.
