well.....wen a leader focuses more on acting like one and not behaving like one....hes no different dan an insecure member of the group....this usually happens wen thr are more than one competent leaders in a group.....
so its like more of a war situation between the 2 members and thus the entire team suffers....
a true leader will alwayz realize the fact that "leadership is situational"...
i.e: you dont fight people but situations so to say....!!! so leadership is ought to be situational....!!
a leader is a coach....and there are times wen the coach has to take a back seat!!!...
