The workman’s name was registered with the company but he did not come to work with us since that day and now he is dead now his family wants to withdraw his pf money what should be done now

If the employee has not come for work, you should not have paid any salary. If no salary was paid no contribution would have paid. Then how can the family members get any amount from the PF? Just inform them that he has not come for work, no wages was paid and as such there would be nothing to be withdrawn. At the same time, if he had contributions of previous employment, you can help the family member to withdraw the PF.
