You are already registered with EPFO at Chennai. Hope you are making compliance of your Corporate Office at Gurgaon and of any other place of work under the code allotted to you by EPFO : Chennai.
You can make the compliance of your Corporate Office under the code allotted to you by EPFO: Chennai. Alternatively, you can apply and obtain sub-code for your Corporate Office from EPFO: Gurgaon and start complaince under it separately. You can also get your code number transfer to EPFO: Gurgaon and make complaince thereunder. Please note that the sub code is issued for administrative purpose only.
Hope you have submitted Form 5A to EPFO in which you have mention the details of Corporate Office and any other place of work / Branch / department etc.

You should either continue with the same Delhi code or take a subcode of Delhi for your Corporate Office in Gurgaon. Taking sub code is just for a convenience of both employees and employers to approach the EPFO for various matters. Now since everything is online, there is no need to visit the PF office unless there is any enquiry (under sections 7A, 14B, 7Q etc) which is also very rare if you do make the contributions in time. Moreover, the distance to be covered is negligible in your case. Therefore, you can register your Corporate office employees under the Delhi office registration itself.
