dear
you should have to take permission from State Pollution Control Board to increase the limit of quantity to be dispose off.
the permission will be given by State Pollution Control Board with in one month you should have to make new agreement with the TSDF or Recycling industry which ever is on your panel. move your application through Region Office.
thanks & regards

Consent approval for dispose of hazards waste as per your consent period, suppose your consent period is Jan to Dec , Jun to Jun like that in that period (see your consent copy period) what ever the generation of the hazards that has to be stored in specified hazards waste room. If you want to clear the same, you have to contact board and take a approval vendor list from the board for dispose otherwise in board website also you can see.
Some forms has to be filled for dispose that will take care by approved vendor.

Hi,
The first step is to check the quality of oil.
If it is re-cyclable, then you can give it for re-cycling to Pollution Control Board authorised party.
If not then disposal is by giving it to CHWTSDF
Thanks & Regards,

Since 4 years you have not disposed the waste oil, you can dispose upto 100KL and inform TNPCB that you have not disposed for the past 4 years and this is the accumulated quantity.
Also you have to dispose the waste oil thro TNPCB waste oil authorized dealers only and inform TNPCB thro Form 13.
