I want to get it confirm that can Pvt Ltd company can give increment in other allowances to save his gratuity amount .Is his legal or un legal.Please confirm with documentation,so that management can be satisfied.

Dear Mr Nitin,
If your company is subject to the provisions of Gratuity act, they have to make provision for payment of Gratuity to entitled employees.
Suitable insurance policies are available.her allowances is not going to stop applicability of Gratuity payments.
By the way the term is illegal and not un legal.
