ur work is with deep honest thinking and depict
the right meaning. it is highly appreciative. pl. keep it up. my all wishes to u. never get demotivated if no one response to ur work, because what i have observed people are only interested in free lunches with not even a word of thanks.remember in life ur work will only speak others will listen.

On Teamwork there is an alarming trend. I have observed that in many orgainzations when people develop teams and work in teams, the management starts suspecting them of groupism and politics.
It demoralises them greatly.
How do you think it should be handled?
