We are a Company based at Bangalore and have a guest house at Gurgaon.
It has come to our knowledge that some unscrupulous people have been issuing false appointment letters to aspiring job seekers asking them to report to our Gurgaon Guest House. They have been asking them to transfer monies to their personal account.
These unscrupulous people have been stating the job seekers that they represent portals like call2jobs, Monster.com etc. They have been asking the job seekers to execute a Bond for acceptance of the offer. The Bond contains our Company logo, which could have been taken from our website.
Please inform what action should we take to ensure that the culprits are booked and aspiring job seekers are not cheated.

What you are reporting is forgery. Please talk to the legal advisor to initiate a legal action on them.
Requesting you to act as early as possible, because, god forbid if any candidate files it, they wouldn't do it on those individual but in the name of the company.

Even reputed companies/MNCs are facing this problem. Brand names /Logos of Auto Majors like Maruti India, Ashok Leyland
are also used by these hackers for looting job aspirants. If you see the website of Ashok Leyland, they have put a caution notice
on the front /home page, cautioning applicants to be beware of these types of e-mail notifications.
I have also received one mail from "Maruti Udyog company" advising me to appear for interview at New Delhi intimating me that
flight charges shall be reimbursed, but I have to deposit 16500/- to their Bank account.

you need to file a police complain and get a FIR registered.
If possible, file an FIR at gurgaon also.
Give all details to the police that you already have.
Next, contact the other brand owners who are affected (eg monstor.com)
Putting up public notices, specially on your website warning people not to trust such agencies is another step you can take.
Further, if you wish, you can take help of some of the specialised agencies that track brand frauds (I know a good one in Delhi which does work on counterfeiting). They can work with the police to trace the persons and have raids / arrests done.
However, each of the steps (even filing FIR) cost money. So talk to your top management and decide how much of a budget you have and then figure out how you can take action.
