It is mentioned in my Offer letter that i can not indulge in any part time, full time, temporary employment along with my present employment without prior written approval of the management. But once i got the approval from mgmt, How will the salary from Part time job will be treated. I am how will i manage it for the income tax purpose.

Pls check your appointment letter it must have clause regarding dual employment. Most of the co. do no permit dual employment.

In India Labour Laws restrict from dual employment. You cannot take 2 employments at the same time as compared to Countries Like Australia, US where you can work in morning and night shifts in different companies. More so even if we are talking of temporary or part time jobs then you have to take permission from your current employers as most of the companies debar their employees from taking employment. But yes if you take the same without the knowledge of the company then no issues

Muthyji IT Act does not bar you from any or multiple occupation. One can even be a smuggler. IT is only concerned that you pay your tax on income. It has nothing to do with 'source'. Regards.
