Hi, EPF contribution @8.33% and Employers cont @3.67% were correctly deducted but while uploading on the portal the figures were interchanged. Now the PF office requires an Indemnity bond and Affidavit from the employer for non-repeating of the wrong remittance in the future. Can anybody help me with the format for both?

Pl consult a notary nearby, he/she will help you for a minimal amount. They have the required format and would fill in your particulars and it will be ready in a short time. To draft them would require all the relevant facts and the details of the Deponent (the person swearing the affidavit) and the indemnifier(the one making the indemnity)
