Dear Colleagues,
I have one query that now we are manufacturing company and have the offices in Vizag, Mumbai, Kolkata.
Also we have ESIC Main code for Vizag, subcode for Mumbai. Now we have started our one office in kolkata for work in Government establishment. To start the work we have included the names of the employees those will work in kolkata in our subcode of Mumbai, but the principal employer (Govt Agency) is asking to have separate sub code for Kolkata.
so kindly guide me can i incorporate their names in mumbai subcode or i have to generate separate subcode for Kolkata.
Would be very happy of you could guide me on the same.
Regards

You have to generate a sub code for your Calcutta office. Since it is online, sub code generation is easy. You can do it now. After that you enroll your Calcutta workers under that sub code. While doing so, the existing numbers generated for them under Bombay sub code will prevail and only thing you have to note is that you should not opt "NO" for the question "is already a member" but tick "Yes" and give the same number as was generated when you registered them in Bombay sub code and give update.
