I am planning to set up a new recruitment agency in Hyderabad. I have a good network in Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical industries and am not from recruitment/HR background. I am trying to understand the complete recruitment cycle/process. Request inputs on the current market trends and the process being followed by organisations when dealing with recruitment agencies.

I would suggest that you hire an experienced Recruitment Professional preferably with 10+ years of experience in the business. Typically only such people would have handled P&L and only those with that expertise can guide you to be a sucessful firm. today there are dime a dozen HR consultants in every street in our country. There is a difference between being a peddler and a specialist. Trust this helps
