Hi,
My observation is that company cannot interfere into the personal life of employees what they do after office hours unless otherwise it will have impact on the company.
You may meet the Head-HR by person explain the situation with all proofs. The maximum they can do is either transfer that lady or your husband to other branch or even sack anyone but this will not resolve your problem. They will continue their relationship where ever she goes... Better call your husband for a discussion with elders of both families and he can be counseled and explained how this relationship will have impact on future of your kids.
