Dear Seniors
Would please send me copy of filled Form D under ERA 1976 for Inspection Purpose. As I am confused how to maintain form D like whether I should make designation wise or category wise entry in the form. We have employed "Helper" "Operator", Electrician, Fitter, and Supervisory Staff like Managers, Deputy Managers, etc.
Please send me any filled format which any of your recently mentioned in your organisation. I would be thankful for you.

and employee are executive , Asst. manager ,Dy manager and manager level and there is not
rates for employee , then we have to required maintain Form D .

The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 aims to provide for the payment of equal remuneration to men and women workers and for the prevention of discrimination,on the ground of sex.Form D under ER is showing that organization is providing the equal remuneration to male and female employees. It is duty of employer to pay equal remuneration to men and women workers for same work or work of similar nature.
