Dear All, I want know your opinion, The worker gets awarded from court 50% back wages & continue his service but when Company gave his back wages in 2013 we did not deduct either PF & ESIC from his wages or employer should submit its share. Worker takes his full & Final in 2016 Now he is asking for PF pension. His total service period was from 2006 to 2016 But PF denied his pension because when his case was in court he did not work nor detection of Pf so his service is less than 10 years. Plz, suggest what I do.
