Recently my organization started to implement a one year project and decided to with draw some employees execute the project. Now the employees are demanding to be paid project allowance.
I feel it is not right to pay them this allowance since they will be fused in the organization once the project is over and their entitlements in terms of salaries and normal allowances are running. Any comments or advice?
