The Rule E-Waste (Mangment & Handling) Rules, 2011 shall effect from 1st May 2012, our industry comes under Sechdule -I, So as per IMS Requirment of Legal Register to be updated
So, please advise me applicable rules for the industry comes under sechdule-I

Please refer to the E-Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2011. These rules have a list of compliances for Producers of electrical and electronic equipments, collection centres, dismantlers and recyclers and places on them the responsibility of abiding by the compliances under the rules.
FOr Consumers or bulk consumers (which expression means and includes Central Government or State Governments, public sector undertakings, banks, educational institutions, multinational organisations, international agencies and private companies that are registered under the Factories Act, 1948 and Companies Act, 1956) the compliances are mostly maintenance of records in Form 2. Other than that you are required to dispose of the waste through proper channels.
