I am Krishna Prakash and i am having 2+ yrs of exp in HR. I attend some interviews on last week. They asked Why you choose HR? I am unable to answer this question. Kindly give some good answer regarding this.

it needs sm qualities...like..
handlin ppl efficiently...n effectively..
leadin ppl...
motivating othrs...
solvin their wrk/emotional/etc..probs...
relationships wid management & trade unions/labour
wel communicatin skills
controllin/measurin d ppl's acivities..
initiativeness, creativeness etc...
i kno...evry1 doesnt hv such qualities...
evn m also dnt hv... bt v hv2 find it out in ourselves n hv2develop it...
listn i hvnt told u 2INVENT....
search in urslf....
4dis u cn do a SWOT analysis...
strenths wkness opportunities n threats....
discovr it n develop it...
if u cnt find out it...den do 1thing...
ask ur gud/best frndz 2tell ur strenth, wkness...
