I'm working for Karnataka state govt corporation and we have hired safety & fire crew during 2016. We are not paying wage enhancement for the agency since its induction. I have heard that wage enhancement does not apply to safety & fire crew? If this is true can some one send the corresponding GO from GOK/GOI.

Is it that you have engaged the firs and safety crew through outsourced or they are employed on rolls?
If on roll employment is there all applicable payments like wage,bonus,leave to be made.
Or else the agency contracted has to take care.

Wage enhancement is applicable for all categories of workmen. If you are doing wage enhancement then do for all, if you are the pay master or else ask the agency to make payment as stipulated for the category.
