hi......I have done MBA in 2007(Marketing/Finance) after that i worked
in marketing feild 1 year in cipla ltd. and then i got chance in apollo tyre
i joined it on 8th of sept. 2008 but after 20 days i bumped with bike
and got slip disk problem now i jst want to make my career in HR and i
had also joined the pratical training for HR it is for 2 months after that
they place me in any co. and salary starting is 11,000. i jst want to
know that i am entering in right sector or nt and wat is the growth
of this sector. becoz in marketing i was getting 20k and now here only
11k.:!::!:

I am just doin frm Asia webmedia technology Noida and joined last to last week it
is 2 nad half months course and they teach me all the process of HR like end to
end recruitment labour laws PF ESI taxes bonus gratuity CTC and salary brek up
screening shortlisting of resume and admin activities.

Well make sure if your plan is to work with less physical activities, the HR poistion you have opted for does not involve such physical strain (travel, meeting / networking , staying up late to complete all those grieviences!)
