We are a Startup Software Organization and we are in the process of appraisal. I need to know how are salary slabs/pay-scales defined - as - No.of years x 2.5 lakhs - is the correct?
We are simultaneously working with a Financial company for Salary Survey, and I would like to study the market pay-scale unconventionally as well with the advice of Senior HR's .
