My company wants to put me on PIP for 30 days and i have notice period of 60 days along with bond period of 18 months..they confirmed me on team call and i am waiting for the official confirmation of PIP.
Meanwhile i have given interviews and i got selected for work from home and new organisation want me to join in 30 days. and i haven't discussed with them about PIP.
If i resigned under PIP..did my bond still exist..?
