Actually I\'ve worked in a company from last 18 months and I\'ve to decide for switch to another company so here i want to know if i am going to leave this company may be in the coming year, the company will provide me the performance bonus (for the year i had worked) with my full and final?

HI It depends on the company’s policy. If its a part of your CTC, yes they will settle you in full (as per the percentage fixed by company) or a minimum of 8.33% will be given to you.

Dear Friend,
You are eligible for bonus as per act. Since you made contributions in the accounting year. But you have to check the appointment terms and conditions. If the bonus is added in your ctc, you can get the same.

Dear Shubham, Performance Bonus and Bonus (as per Bonus Act) are separate issues. So, plz. first clear that about which Bonus you are talking..??

Its at the discretion of the Management, even if the T&C of your appointment may mention your eligibility for the period you are entitled to.

Company need not pay bonus If your Basic salary is more than 10K . If bonus is part of your CTC as performance bonus then they may consider.
