How many statutory registers are there? What are these?

Dear Colleague,
To get the list of registers to be maintained you need to check the

-APPLICABILTY,
-STATE OR CENTRAL AS APPROPRIATE GOVT,
-THE RULES UNDER THE ACTS THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT
Also you may go through the Ease of Compliance Rules attached.

In general the registers are ( but you need to check whether your establishment covered under such Act/ Rules)

EMPLOYEES’ PF & MP ACT, 1952:

Eligibility Register
Inspection book
From 2- Nomination & Declaration From by a new employee

FACTORIES ACT, 1948:

Accident Register With forms
Inspection book
Muster Roll & wages Register
Muster Roll for Exempted workers
