SHIBASHISH NANDA
As per my knowledge and even as per the pay slip, my BASIC SALARY was 3500/-, 4000/- and 4500/- in respective years.
But I came to know my Basic Salary is not the same as given on the Pay-Slip, when I resigned and was informed to pay 41,394/- @ 13,798/- in order to serve 3 months notice period.
While asking about the difference and definition of Basic Salary, the concerned persons kept their point by saying that Basic Salary is something which is decided on the amount contributed by an Employer to an Employee's PF. From the final settlement it became proven too.
But the problem is that practically I didn't get such Basic Salary as mentioned above. Respected sir /madam Pls give your valuable advices to get out of this problem.
