There are situations where some companies have a tie up with third party training teams and take a percentage as commission.
In some companies, the employer initially pays for the training and in monthly installments deducts from the employees' payroll and in some other cases, employees can pay up initially and later on, in monthly installments the company can reimburse the amount to the employees.
