Pls find attached a legal format of agreement with Third Party (in relation to Manpower, Horticulture, Comprehensive Technical Services etc.)
There are two parts in the format. The first part is related to legal bounding between the parties (which will remain almost same for all contract) and the Second Part is solely related to the specific terms and conditions, commercial negotiations, and Health & Safety Measures (related to the work).
You can modify the format as per your requirements.
