First and foremost you can send a written request to State Apprenticeship Adviser of your respective state for carrying on the survey of your establishment under the Apprentices Act, 1961. On the basis of that survey the State Adviser send a notification notifying the nos. of seats for apprentices to be engaged in various trade in your organization. Normally apprentices are to be engaged twice in a year in the m/o Feb & Oct. Model Contract in triplicate in the prescribed Format 1 under rule 14 of apprenticeship act, 1961 to be entered and signed with each apprentices engaged and send the same to Assistant Apprenticeship Adviser for registration.
