It depends on your budget. You can gift cadbury's celebration or mithai box or dry-fruit box. If you want to gift something useful then you can give visiting card holder or pen or else gift vouchers so that then can buy whatever they want.

As per my point of view, u can give ur employees wall clock or table clock, Fancy paper weights, small travelling bag, Night lamp or even an antic silver Lord Ganesha Idol 4 a happy & prosperous new year.
These items r common but it can be used and works as a momento.
