Dear Rahul
Do not make any letter to the employees for such contribution collection. Personally address all the staff members to liberally contribute for the family of the deceased employee. Prepare a staff list obtain the signature of the employees with their contribution amount, total the amount and hand over the same to the family of the deceased. While handing over please keep any four or five employees along with you so that no one can tell that you have misused the money duly collected.
