Wanted to check if anyone is using role specific appraisal and KRA form.
I have seen only standard forms till now , which is filled by employees top to bottom.
Was planning to suggest a Role based KRA document format and review rating calculator for my company.
Please let me know if any of you are already using it. If yes, it would be great if you can share some templates and your experience with me.
