I have a query regarding Advance register & its format,
can u plz provide me its format & advice, how to fill it,
i also have question in my mind which are as under:-
1) In which act it comes, payment of wages act or minimum wages act.
2) which type of advance we will show in this register:
a) suppose our one employee taking advance of Rs 100000 & we will deduct the same from his salary in ten equal installment of Rs. 10000/month.
b) suppose our one worker is taking Rs 500 advance in sep 12 & the same will be ded. in sep 12 salary.
Should i show both advance in register or only (B) type of advance we will show.
Plz advice ...
