Hi, Can you please help me to build a leave policy for my company.As we are working for 5 days except this my boss doesn't want to give any kind of leave not CL,El,Comp Off,Ot hours,Sick leave,Maternity leave nothing.He said it should be an open policy where there is no need to write what kind of leaves. What he want is,he only wants work shouldn't be work got hampered even if someone has to go on leave and we will not deduct any pay for that.but he don't want to bound all these on paper .
