Hey! I knw m replyng really late....u can ofcourse organise for d Dandiya Night on dis Friday or Saturday. U can hve d dress code decided.
U can hve prizes for d best dressed male & female, best dandiyas, best dancer male & female.
Even bfore d navratri starts u can actually send a mail....mentioning dat d dress code 4 these 9 days is Indian ethnic and colors for each day as each day has some significance and i hve observed ladies following a particular pattern in terms of color preference.

I have some good idea, if your management approve, please decorate your ofice with dandiya & bandhni dupptas. Organise traditinal danditya fastival day in office cerculate email to office staff to wear chaniya choli & indian gujrati saree for females & dohti kurta for males. tradition wear is itself is an occasationof navratri festival.
