Hi all, am looking for govt.notifications/orders/circulars which respect to grant of benefits for AMCs like EPF, ESI etc Do AMCs fall under the purview of such benefits? Please help and elaborate....

The AMC being a contract for service, no contribution towards PF or ESI will have to be made. Under AMC the employer has no idea or record of number of visits or the person(s) who visit. The employer has no control and supervision over their operations and therefore no employer - employee relationship is present in such engagement.
