I am in need of your valuable suggestion. Our company wants to give our employees a unique Diwali. And every year we also give corporate gifts to our business associates. As we know gifting employees and other important business associates on Diwali is very important. Gifts play an important role in maintaining good relations. I’m looking for something that is innovative and yet in budget, giving something that leaves a long lasting impression and looks good. Please suggest some good ideas.

As per me, Diwali is all about lights, and nothing beats a Diwali Diya. Challenge is getting the designs that stands out completely. Diyas can be made based on designation/level of employee, for example a single diya for lower level, set of 6 diyas for CXO level. They not only look elegant in home, but also add to employee Diwali celebration. Let us know if we can show you some designs which gives you some idea

It all depend on your budget/financial quotient...have you allocated for each one based on merits or generalised, obviously, each one want to their needs, everything differs..you want to give surprise gifts otherwise within your budget..( Can you give mobiles(latest ones), tabs, best laptops according to the wants of the receiver(Electronic items) or silk sarees to women/best designer cloths to the men or gift vouchers to them for family purchase by arranging a get together at your company places, Golden wrist watch engraved with company name, A Family Kitchen Kit every one should ride with pride, all depends on your budget...
