I am working in manufacturing unit in hr deppt. i want some help from you all. I want to know what is the accountability of human resource in mfg. sector and what are the focused activities like what problems hr face and what is action plan for these concern problems.

Please find the list of activities.
Recruitment - no of recruitment, called, shortlisted and closed within scheduled time.
Training - no of traning programs planned, conducted, sucessfull.
Performance Appraisal -no of persons appraised, got appraisal, procedure followed etc.
Like wise you have got many topics in HR, where you are accountable, you have to follow a process, maintain the data and need to produce whenever required.
Plan of action depends upon the situation to situation, that you can handle it by proper analysing it.
