Hi Team, I am working in a State Govt University of Andhra pradesh. My office does not contain any form of Rules and regulations for the staff employed and 98% of staff are on contract and Adhoc basis. As per my joining order i was appointed on consolidated pay on adhoc basis for Rs.15,000 per month. after 3years some other additional allowances are added up to the pay. Does the allowances also will be considered as consolidated pay and added up if they are any increments in the allowances or only the date of appointment pay will be considered as consolidated pay and the allowances can be shown separately.
