Dear Sir, I have joined in one of pvt.Ltd company in odisha on 07.10.2015 and posted as Asst.Manager-Plantation activities in Andhrapradesh on dt.01.11.2015. But unfortunately, I met with an accident on dt.23.06.2016(Only 8 months service). My PF contribution is Rs.2040/- per month.
From the date of the accident, I completely bedridden with a 90% disability. I did not close my pf account due to file a case against my management for compensation in labor court. Recently this was cleared.
Now I want to know,
1. Is it time to Apply accidental-disability pension from EPFO
2. Can I directly apply or through management
3. How much can I get as a disability pension per month?
4. Process of claim, form no etc...
Please clarify and give me your valuable suggestions
