Too good, thank you so much, i have already practised all these in sidhi samadhi yoga, but ecoz of not continuing the practice, i forgot all those, infact this guide really would help me, iam going practice from tomorrow once again...
I noticed that you will not only feel light, you can sense lot of mental peace after Pranayama, and asanas, believe me your thoughts are improved, skin, texture, hair, body everything refreshens, feels good.
Friends practise yoga for a peace of mind in this continuos, monotonous, polluted world with polluted thoughts, you will feel better.
