I would like to gve a small 2-3 hr session on Effective Managerial Skill / Communication to my junior staff members . Can any one share some training material ( presentation form) on Effective Managerial Skill & Communication pl. along with some group task related to this topics
I would like to conduct this session as Fun with Learning.

Post what you have prepared so far and then other members can offer further suggestions about what you should include.
I don't quite understand how you can present a training course on something which you appear not to have any knowledge or understanding of.
Standing in front of a class and reading someone else's ppt with no other background material etc, is NOT training.
You need to develop your own specific training based on the Training Needs Assessment you have done on the people in YOUR organisation.

I do agree with John.. You must have to experience and understand the subject first. Conceptualize the Training and decide on how to deliver. Later work on collecting information & material which can be used for the training.
