Dear all seniors,
I need to draft a warning letter as one of our employee is not at all sincere for his job as well as he gave us false reason for being absent for many days e.g Dads Sickness, sister\'s death and now he took a leave without information stating his sickness. we have inquired at his last job also, they said he was alwz stated reasons like that. Kindly suggest how to handle the situation. Please suggest me some content to issue a warning letter.

Dear Sahay,
Have a discussion with the employee after he comes. you take his attendance for the past 3 - 4 months. sit along with his HOD. inform him clearly if next time he takes takes any unauthorised leave then he will get warning letter and further if the same occurs he will be sent out the organisation.
when he is absent next time give him a warning letter for his unauthorized absence. hope 3 warning letter will be enough to send him out of the organisation.
Still if you believe the employee unproductive and cant be changed then give him a notice and send him out.
