We need advise on site employees rule
1.Employees is working as employee of branch office E.G Delhi office & posted at project site in Rajasthan under shop & Establishment act he will be entitle for leaves & other benefits as per Delhi shop & Establishment act or Rajasthan shop & Establishment act ?
2. In Maharashtra under shop & Establishment only mentioned about Earned leaves 21 PL or EL , please advise about sick Leaves & Casual leaves . any other law which deciding factor for Sick Leaves and Casual Leaves in Mumbai ?
