Please check the notification of minimum wages in your state. In most states the notification says basic is xxx amount, da is xxx amount. So the minimum wages is basic plus da, not basic da and hra

Minimum wages includes Basic + HRA. rest all are part of gross salary even that can be CA, DA, etc etc. Ask if any more needs to know.

As per Minimum Wages Act 1948, Wages means all remuneration expressible in money terms and payable to an employee including House Rent Allowance but excluding value of any House accommodation, supply of light, water, medical allowances or any other amenity like contribution towards EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus etc

As per section 4 of the M einimum Wages Act 1948,govt can fix or revise the minimum wages in any of the following ways,
