Dear Seniors
I need an urgent help from all of you I want to know while doing the joining formality of an employee why do we consider the name mention on his X marksheet as a valid proof of name for our official records in India????????? Why don't we consider the name mention on his voter ID card or ration card as the valid proof of his name for our official records ............Is there any law/legal reasons behind this logic???????

Actualy name meioned in hsi certifcates are more important and correct becuase in Voter ID mostly it is mispelt or printed wrong but for HIs 10th Class certificate all forms hae filled ans submiited so there is lesser chance morever it is widely accpted and recongnised by our system also

Class X SSLC is the first certificate issued (end of Secondary Schooling) by the Education BOARD from each state Government, when the student is giving class X exam the school authorities also authenticates the DOB with Birth Certificate and forwards the application directly to the Education Board directly, therefore it is considered as an Authentic document for DATE OF BIRTH.
