I am going to have overlapping services of 9 days because of my previous employer. My previous company has put me in garden leave which I was unaware of as I never faced anything like this is my past five years. I asked for early release, they said we will release you early, you apply leave. I thought they are adjusting my leaves by reducing notice period. So I applied, and my leaves were rejected by my former manager. So, there are no open leaves. Still they marked my exit on 21st feb whereas I joined current company on 12th feb. I have the proof of leaves got rejected. What shall I do? I informed the current company of everything within 14 days of joining. Will my current company terminate me?
