Hi All! I am presently working as Asst. Manager - HR in a Central PSU.
We are currently following the 5th Pay Scale as we are a loss making undertaking.
Please help me in formulation of Recruitment and Promotional Policy for our Corporation.

Recruitment and Promotional Policy for any Organization is Need-based. For example, whenever a Sanctioned Post/ Position is Vacant or arises in the Approved/ Sanctioned Working Force & Standard Force , you need to fill it up as per existing Recuritment Policy & Practices which . Do you have Existing Recruitment Policy?
Likewise, Promoion to Internal Candiddates (from amongst willing & Suitable Employees) are given whenever a Post falls vacant OR Newly created. Do you have a Promotion Policy in practice??
Usefful Guidance can be offered on getting required Data.
