Can someone help me how do I mantain the data (softcopy) of LTA - actually to be claimed (entitled), LTA claimed till date and what after we paid the employee what is the balance amount which can be claimed by him / her. I mean the balalnce amount etc....
If anybody has the set formula sheet, request you to please forward it to me or can email it on my ID ---

Hi Deepa As per your LTC system, how do your reimburse the said amount? Do you take into count the LOP day or NOT? Advise
