I didn't include my non-IT experience in my resume. Instead, I restarted my career in a startup company, and now I have mentioned my startup company experience everywhere in my resume. Will this cause any problem in a background verification check?

Background verification will be based on the information that you have furnished. If you have not given the information about your Non IT service, how does the background verification agency will find it out? They are not detectives nor are they given the right to probe such things.
